  • Can I have him? <3

  • lol at lest you will always know before she starts bucking

  • Missed it by THIS Much!

  • I like the intro where you hear the guy say "oh shit"...lol

  • Hey i got a horse that did that same thing haha but she liked to throw herself down haha good job on not bein scared to jump on a mean one!

  • Wow, she sounds like a dinosaur with all the noisy-ness xD

Good job for staying on that long, I'd be off in a second I think :')

  • he/she clearly doesn't like it yet DX keep training :) he/she'll surely understand ^^

  • This guy can stay on ;)

  • You should of put a hand up LOL. I hope that horse calmed down to make a wonderful mount :) she's a beauty.

  • Wow! He sure stayed on!

  • oh my gosh! Good job for staying on. Lol, she sounded like someone was beating her!

  • All I can say about this is that you probably should do more groundwork. If you look at the video again, you can see that the horse isn't okay with you being there. He (or she; don't know) was swishing his tail (it may have been at flies or not; again, can't tell right off). Also, you were sneaking around a little bit. When he lowered his head, you should've dismounted to release the pressure. If you're still having problems, check out the colt starting DVDs by Clinton Anderson. That might help.

  • TIP if this ever happens again or someone who is training horses you probbly know this already but anyway. if you have a horse who dose this turn them in a cuircle this leaves you in controle and makes the horse think but the last thing you want to do is fall off and give him a break even if its just a min of resting that is seen as a reward and encourages the behaviour. hope this helped someone :)

  • @kikiscritters Yeah, but sometimes, the horse is too strong for someone to do that. I know I've tried that before (tried using the one-rein stop) but some horses are just so strong that they rip the rein right out of your hand.

  • oooh beautiful horse!!

Its so annoying that the people who film this falling-off vids always miss the best bits XD

yeah and I just have to say it: its stupid to not wear a helmet when breaking horses... its not brave, its not cool, its stupid...

  • wow! can i use this vid for something i'm making pls? i'm not gonna use it for bad things! i'll give you credit and i'm gonna send the link when i'm done thanks! :)

  • I am a girl and I bet I could break that horse better then you..

  • You are brave, that is all.

  • wait for it....wait for it....LOL!

  • WOW. She deffinately had something to say about that!!! Hahah

  • bloody good rider! i would've been off at the first buck haha

  • why didn't stand anybody beneath the horse and holding it on the reins while the guy is going up there?

  • @Westerngirl96 Becuase, you gotta get the horse used to doing it the normal way eventually, ya know?:P

  • @MangoRoX87 yeah but when you ride the horse the first time (it looks like that in the video) then there should always be a person holding the horse on the reins..i mean you can train the horse later to stay stand while somebody is going up..

    (no critic, just an advice...)

  • @Westerngirl96 True...when I broke my filly though, nobody was around...of course...that could have ended badly lol

  • LOL this is Y I always make sure I have the one reign stop engraved in a horses mind. Alot harder for them to buck like that when they are turning in tight circles.

  • she's such a good liar lol (she put her head down when he was just standing there and was like 'yep whatever' then once he set down she was like 'haha you're trapped now' :p ) btw i love the part from 0:51 where he says 'f***ing dumb C U Next Tuesday' then two seconds later he's on the ground ;)

  • Love all the comments by the pro riders saying what he did wrong. and the should have used perelli crap.

Now I love the horses that let you get on like her its alomost like their playing a game with you. in their mind their thinking, comfortable? ready? allright GAME ON!! and at the end its I won.

  • I love the "oh shit comment when he hops on the horse! Her tail swishing says it all, not a happy horse :D! She's gorgeous, at :35 you can see he lost his left stirrup. Great job for staying on!! She's a noisy one!

  • Wow that horse has alot to say :)

  • More groundwork, please! :)

  • My pony used to go flat tack and then spin suddenly from underneath you. He never threw me off bolting, but got damn close to it

Bloody QH bloodlines giving him the ability to suddenly spin xD

  • i defo agree with horselovegirl25, LUNGEING IS NOT THE ANSWER!!!! parelli is the best way, once you get in to his head that trust generally they wont do n e thing, got job for staying on but just not good enuf balance lol, good job :)

  • u stayed on pretty good for while til the horse made that left sharp turn. I lunged my horse for an hour. got on and off, on and off. slowly easy steps then when horse relaxed. sat there for 4 minutes. she's all relaxed. then asked her to go and she did. she walked for 10 minutes then sudden she did what ur horse just did. i did nothing wrong but just let her walk calmly around and relaxed. Nothing was around to spook her. But after that moment of her doing that she was fine the rest of the time

  • Sorry but lunging till a horse is tired is not the answer!!! The answer is to get in his head, establish mutal respect, control and plenty of ponying so he loses the fear of seeing somebody up above him.

  • again, this horse needs a damn good lunging before u get on, lunging hard for atleast 30 mins untill he;s on his last legs, then jump on and MAKE him work harder, that will teach him to get on with the job and stop stropping !!

  • See..here is where most people mess up. They sit on the horse, then instead of just standing until the horse relax's, they make him walk. I prefer to sit on the horse for a good two minutes, maybe more. But those are my methods, not yours.

  • @ChasinTheCans

    I do the same too

sometimes i dont even make them go anywheres its just up down up down up down. I have NEVER had a horse go crazy on me..

  • @Shawnshawna and it's also why a lot of young horses sour so fast, they remember there first ride as a traumatic event.

  • @ChasinTheCans

    yepp i agree

people are just too impatient =/

  • @ChasinTheCans Oh good grief!!! Grow a pair you pussy! Stay off of youtube if you're too big of a pansy to see horse breaking going on. This was not a traumatic event, it was a horse that was pissed cuz someone was on his back and apparently it ain't used to it yet. Some horses never buck and some are gonna buck no matter what. They are individuals just like people with different personalities and traits! EVERY HORSE IS NOT THE SAME!!!!

  • @drvirg101 you are right because i watched my trainer break a horse today and he was a little sweety:)

  • Ever thought of joining the rodeo?

    Damn, you got skills. ;o

  • that horse sounds scary lol

  • haha good job, i think its hilarious someone thinks you were trying to make them buck, nice job :D

  • Comment removed

  • @horselovegirl25 it doesn't look like he was trying to make the horse buck... the horse was completly calm until it was asked to move forward...it looks like all the groundwork had been done properly...some horses just buck lol

  • @horselovegirl25 they wern't trying to make it buck, they took so long getting in the saddle because the horse was oviously green and spooky, you are the loser for knowing nothing about riding and making a bid deal about somthing so common, please learn somthign about horses then think next time before you post :)

  • @horselovegirl25

if you're such a damn horse lover, as your name suggests, you would know what these people were doing. The horse is obviously green, so he was taking his time getting into the saddle. If the horse decided to take off as he was getting into the saddle, he would be able to easily step out of the stirrup. This slow process is essential for easing a green horse into a good work horse.

  • @horselovegirl25 sometimes when a person expresses their opinion they also reveal their ignorance. you may be a horse lover but, I wouldn't bet you could start or train you own horse

  • lmao. Oh goodness. Nice job for him staying on that long! lmao

  • ruralrouterider u obviously dont know what your talking about this guy in this video is my buddy and hes a professional bull dogger now he knows how to ride a horse.

  • Funny, but let's look again. First, it's a paint. Second , if you're that scared to swing a leg over you should be in the roundpen. Third, with that nice of a facility you should know better and be a better horseman. And last of all, it's a paint. Half-step above an app...,

  • @RuralRouteRider Why do you make the comment "its a paint" lol just curious

    but plzz replyy:D

  • Did I see SPURS on a second ride?

That surely didn't help the situation.

    Eeeeeek!

  • id sell that sum buck man

  • HaHa I love how this guy stays on when the horse is throwing a fit and then once its just pretty much high loping lol or running he falls off at the fence, lol

  • LOL THAT WAS GREAT!!! This was linked to my ground breakers vid ....

  • i think what has happened here iis that horses mouth is sor

  • I dont think so, it would be shaking its head.

  • This horse obviosly has had a traumatic experience or has a really sore back. They shouldn't be riding her, someone will get hurt

  • what is going on with that horse? is the rider ok?
