  • i dont pretent most cops are good people...on the contrary, most are bullies that use their power against you if you dont kiss their ass...this is why many people are afraid to not cooperate with cops...they know that it is very likely that an overinflated egotystical cop will indeed bend even corrupt laws, in order to get back at you for insulting his authority...very few people become cops to do good...almost all become cops so they can be someone's bossman

  • revenue collection? a burglar was caught the last year, forensicly linked to 70 burglary dwellings, he went guilty at court and got 14 months, he was out in 8 months, and guess what, he's now wanted for burglary. I think its running at a loss when you consider all the police wages, court costs etc, a few speeding fines or £80 tickets for public order or shoplifting ardly seem in balance as revenue collection.

  • We dont have the rite to remain silent anymore rooster. "You do not have to say anything. But it may harm your defence if you do not mention when questioned something which you later rely on in court. Anything you do say may be given in evidence."

  • Why should a person who drives intoxicated get off without a penalty? You are condoning an act that causes many innocent lives per year.

    Im not any sort of criminal,but im getting tired of telling the police where im going,and what im gonna do when I get there.

  • when arrested refuse to leave the cell and go into the interview room there is no reason to. only interview can be done by contempranious notes in cell very inconvenient

  • @shapeshiftersisters I'm not so sure it's a good idea. If you are interviewed in your cell they can't tape record the fact that you are replying "no comment" to all questions. As such they can say you have said anything and it will be your word against two badge wielding professionals.

  • @nathantjjordan does not matter they have the burden of proof. they must PROVE it, not you.

  • @thered702 You have to think about the practicalities of the situation. In the real world, a uniformed professional is going to be believed over you. If you go on record exercising your right to silence you're much less likely to have this problem.

  • Their is a Bill of Rights Act 1688 (UK)- do we have any other rigths than these? that is for UK and Commonwealth?

  • The police aren't aware they are revenue collection agents. I never heard or experienced a ticket quota though an arrest quota is a FACT.Finding out the notion of revenue collection & enforcement of statutes got me kicked out when I voiced that opinion.

  • but if the police man asks u question ... u dont answer ... then he says "ull gonna come with me " or " they ask for my id card , and from what i hear i have to present it ... how do i go freely then without putting out my privacy?

  • my cousin is a cop...and there IS a quota. its not technically a quota but they need x amount of tickets per month or they get flagged and if it continutes their job can be in jeopardy.

  • I like your thinking and the idea in principal that the Police should be there to serve and protect, adopting a more caring, logical approach. But when you talk about seat belts and drink drivers you voluntarily relinquish your credibility which is a GREAT shame. Seat belts DO save lives, Drunk drivers SHOULD BE SEVERELY prosecuted. Warnings are appropriate for seat belts granted, but a lift home for someone that is ultimately putting someone else life at risk. I'd bang them up for a long time

  • drunk driving = bad. Seat belts.... that should be personal decision. Besides, its the wearer's choice of whether or not they want to live.

  • Tdog283- I agree to a certain degree about seat belts and I do think that a better system could be in place in order to motivate people to wear them, lower insurance premiums for example. But ultimately the choice of whether to wear or not should be with the driver. It is about choice and if our society was designed with that in mind rather than dictatorial directives , it would perhaps be a more enjoyable place to exist!

  • I came across your videos while researching plans for The New World Order, The Bilderberg Group, The Club of Rome, The Trilateral Commission....the info you provide is just one more piece of the puzzle. The puzzle isn't that hard to put together; Americans just don't want to get "pushed" out of their "comfort zone." Thank you...I will be listening to all your posts and reading your recommendations.   • Have you ever heard of the right to remain silent? Exercising your rights can not be considered a crime, EVER!

  • if you refuse to cooperate as in not answering the question what ever that may be they will bust my head again and make me answer there questions and since they are the officer I was "resisting arrest and refusing to cooperate with an investigation " so this gives them "just cause " to consider me a threat.

  • A few points 1. I haven't given a ticket for over 1 year I still have my job. 2. Drink driving is a bit too serious to let people off with. 3. seatbelts are there to save lives so they should be used. 4. How can we be revenue generators when all current evidence proves that to the contrary when the bureaucracy costs hundreds of pounds to investigate the most trivial of offence and there is no discretion in what we deal with.

  • Everybody must learn how the game is played, good advice ;-)) And very interesting points, however the seat belt example is not completely true, I imagine it is not so nice to clean up the mess. But yes it has become a system where showing productivity rather than true results. 5 stars

  • YouTube has funny moments, if you use share with all contacts, it often reports an error but still sends it, so what can happen is that you try to share it again but it dose the same and so on. The best thing to do is set up a second YouTube account with the same email and when you mass send, just do it once, if a mail doesn't arrive then come back and try again. but it almost always sends.
