revenue collection? a burglar was caught the last year, forensicly linked to 70 burglary dwellings, he went guilty at court and got 14 months, he was out in 8 months, and guess what, he's now wanted for burglary. I think its running at a loss when you consider all the police wages, court costs etc, a few speeding fines or £80 tickets for public order or shoplifting ardly seem in balance as revenue collection.

@thered702 You have to think about the practicalities of the situation. In the real world, a uniformed professional is going to be believed over you. If you go on record exercising your right to silence you're much less likely to have this problem.

But when you talk about seat belts and drink drivers you voluntarily relinquish your credibility which is a GREAT shame. Seat belts DO save lives, Drunk drivers SHOULD BE SEVERELY prosecuted. Warnings are appropriate for seat belts granted, but a lift home for someone that is ultimately putting someone else life at risk. I'd bang them up for a long time

But ultimately the choice of whether to wear or not should be with the driver. It is about choice and if our society was designed with that in mind rather than dictatorial directives , it would perhaps be a more enjoyable place to exist!

A few points 1. I haven't given a ticket for over 1 year I still have my job. 2. Drink driving is a bit too serious to let people off with. 3. seatbelts are there to save lives so they should be used. 4. How can we be revenue generators when all current evidence proves that to the contrary when the bureaucracy costs hundreds of pounds to investigate the most trivial of offence and there is no discretion in what we deal with.

YouTube has funny moments, if you use share with all contacts, it often reports an error but still sends it, so what can happen is that you try to share it again but it dose the same and so on. The best thing to do is set up a second YouTube account with the same email and when you mass send, just do it once, if a mail doesn't arrive then come back and try again. but it almost always sends.
