ok look all of this stems from a song "tell me who u iz" on Ali mixtape the "Champ iz herre" the last song. he got one verse on it and he said he want STL artist to send him they verse to the beat and the hottest 3 verses will get put on the next mixtape. the chorus was basically sayin how the Tics was the 1st out of STL and throughout the song he was shouting out all STL artist. i guess these dudes took it as a diss but i dont recall hearing there name in the song. the final song is on SO STL
