Damn I wish people would fly helos in this game with joysticks (using throttle slider for collective) - using keyboard for collective makes the game use a BOGUS terrain following rubbish collective system (it's like flying Microsoft flight sim using the slew controls). If you use a joystick with twist grip (for tail rotor) and throttle slider (for collective control) it flies much more like the real thing.

can you tell me how to fly the helicopter pls? i tried, but it always seem that the helli go where i dont want it to go. :(

press the * key on the numberpad then the mouse wont turn it ten use c&x to turn instead. use the w/s keys to tilt foward and back then when tilting foward press the q key to move foward... when not tilting foward the q key will increase hight (the z key will lower hight)

ArmA and ArmA2 are newer so no comparison. they are practically the same series made by the same developers... its just that codemasters was excluded from the arma series so that bohimian (or whatever) could have creative freedom... try both they are really good...although flashpoint 2 is due in september on pc and consoles

the game is truely epic, its the game play the stuff u can do and the realism that makes it such a good game, the graphics are the down side as its years old.. but i recomment u try the game.. you will learn to love it i promise :)

The map is one of the standard ones from OFP, I can't remember which one. I was too excited at being able to fly Airwolf!
