But the bottom line is it DOESN'T let the motor over rev it just eliminates a speed limiter.
And has no negative effects on the bike. It is the blue wire with green hash marks
like this | | | | | cut it and the end coming out of the module needs to be grounded the other end is blocked off.
You will walk right past 76MPH or 128KPH if you have the power (Which a Big 3 will or stock down hill or on pavement)
