Clarification: Original song created by Freestyle. Remix made by Wilber Pan. Lawsuit was real, but was dropped because it was a misunderstanding. Song was not stolen, but was remixed and there was confusion on both sides that made it complicated. Now everything is ok. Wilber is allowed to use the song and Freestyle doesn't mind.
There are korean news about this issue on 10/12/09. Wilber Pan got sued for $10 million dollars for remaking the song without permission by Freestyle.
Freestyle claims that Wilber Pan remade their music without a permission and now they are waiting for the results to come out. Freestyle says that they gave a permission to remake the song to a chinese team called "energy", not Wilber Pan.
