  • @mychalsean dont really have a weight goal for squats

    just want 20 with 4 plates i want to keep my knees for a while longer so ill drop to 3 plates and bang out the reps 8 sets and you dont need the weight ..bench ive done 1 rep 4 plates and i dont deadlift did a 190kg but never really do em

  • Good job man. I did 365 for 20 not too long ago and I had the worse headache afterwards lol. Keep it up. I'm gonna go for 600 some time this year.

  • @jimajim As far as i'm aware, you may be mistaken. You should always go below parallel with a squat so as to include the whole leg in the movement. Doing otherwise will eventually cause injury. You should go as low as your body lets you. Listen to Mark Rippetoe. He'll tell you!

I used to be skinny as hell I only worked on my muscular legs and at 40kg (what I used to weigh) I was lifting 140kg on leg extension...which still seems crazy to me I can still lift that as max for legs but I weigh 60kg, because I started working my upper body (I put on 20kg in one month), I'm trying to keep lightweight and focusing on upper and lower body endurance and stamina, it's hard to keep that up. How much do you weigh?
