I find it somewhat funny that they'd use fingerprinting forms that had English in them instead of ones using perfectly good Russian :-). So this is probably just another Cisco fantasy about how they'd like to see the police operate closer to home (at least in anglo-speaking countries).

@klin1klinom They are called gendarmes. In some cultures, the "army police" will take over the safety when there is no police force in that region, such as remote rural areas. I know it's weird when you watch this in the US, but in many other countries, especially the communist or super socialist countries you see this more.

Kids who do the sniffing and dosing are mostly script kiddies. They know nothing, they just download programs from people who know a little something. These crackers you speak of can be destructive, though most of them with skill don't waist their time on petty crap. Then there are hackers who are basically just people who are good at solving computer problems.

But they are assasins, see a hacker changes your data in the police records, and because all police officers are are just a bunch of computer programmas following their specific code, they have to behave according to the data, so if the data says that nosoiboluu is a rapist then you will be arrested as such. An assasin cannot do that, a killer can just kill, plain and simple. A hacker is a multi-purpose serial killer working internationally without restraint, it's far WORSE than a killer.
