Health and Safety for Children : Early Stages of Childhood Development

Here in the UK they have stopped children using the playground when it's icy so they dont break a limb ect. Good idea that, so when they grow up every time it freezes they fall because they never learned the hard way. I'l give mankind 200 years max before we are doomed as a species, all because unlike our ancestors we are we can no longer know how to fend for ourselves in a time of crises.
