@Exfolliator He said he wrote this for person who was seriously ill when he recieved the letter from her. It was a young girl who loved Big Bang and was dying of leukemia. She said her last wish was to meet them. Big Bang members met her and they say the little girl died just recently. I believe TOP wrote this song because he felt big pain after recieving the letter. Probably even turning to his mom for help, how is one supposed to behave in such a situation.

about Top's Oh Mom, it's about a letter from a japanese fan(about his/her mother) to Tabi. Top doesn't want to elaborate what the letter said coz it's private. Top said it's a friend story, but afterwards, they revealed actually that it's from a japanese fan.

And TOP thought she was just feigning terminal illness as other fans do that so he just ignored it. But then the fan's family sent him a film of her dying (how cruel?) and so he dedicated this song for the fan (who passed away) and her mum. Poor T.O.P :''(

The movie was inspired by a letter found by one of the 71 deceased student soldiers.
I used to just enjoy this song until I heard him talk about why he wrote it and I read the lyrics now, after I heard his story... And I just cry.
