The E30 is much better build quality than new BMWs. I would put in the Signature Motoring performance intake kit for only around $150 and gain around 9.5HP on the stock output for the 325/M3 and a bit less for the 318. I highly recommend this item, see my youtube channel for the action video on it.

Was this the 320 that was available in Portugal and Italy only?? S14 with shorter stroke?

I have an E30 325i and the only performance item I have is the Signature Motoring performance CAI for about $150. The performance kit adds around 9HP on the dyno, sounds freaking great, and installs in under 30 minutes. Highly recommended.
-Avg 9 HP increase
-Lifetime filter
-SOUND AWESOME
-30 min. install time
Aside from the power gain, the SOUND is amazing at higher RPM but sounds normal in regular driving. I’m thinking about added high-flow exhaust next.

@joaomarques28 Vê a data do filme... e já agora, do lado direito em baixo o quadrante tem uma peça branca com a referência Bmw... saca a original e mete a de um dos quadrantes dos 16i e dos 18i... o carro passa a fazer essa leitura porque? Porque na mesma àrea de rpm esses carros marcam apenas 7mill rpm e o 20is 8000rpm... como o carro de origem faz 7100 ou 7200rpms o resultado é este que vez no filme e que deixa tanta gente a cuspirar para o ar num carro que nunca teve material. @joaomarques28 Se tiveres duvidas quanto ao que digo, pois pelos vistos és um tipo com muitas dúvidas... agarra no carro com a tal peça de origem e leva essas mudanças ao corte e vê a velocidade que fazem Às 7200 ou 7300 ja nem me lembro... vais ver que o ponteiro da velocidade bate certo com as do filme dps das 8000, logo, o carro não está a fazer mais rpm do que de origem...

Great one should i change my E46 316CI 2001 with lot of M3 extras for one like yours (E30 320is 1989)? i want to but i´m looking for arguments, and registration is in old papa name..

A meu ver, um E30 320is não é nunca um Daily Car nos dias de hoje... enquanto o E46 é... se o E46 está destinado a fins-de-semana e/ou brincadeiras aí sim, dizer adeus ao E46...
