That's good form, good speed (like Chad Waterbury's theory: Huge in a Hurry).
Question though: You look a lot heavier than 178, is that actually your weight in the vid? How tall are you?

nice squats but i doubt that's your true warmup weight. what do you train with?

At the time I did this video I was warming up with 135 then 225 and my working set was somewhere around 285 for 5 sets of 5.
