  • I know a great video of someone who lost it with eating right and exercise in 4 mos. She started at 247 and now looks like a dallas cowboy cheerleader body. Her YT name is Imaptient Dieter. Check her out maybe u can watch her vids and she be your inspiration to loosing weight.

  • @VisionimagifyTV Thanks so much! I would weightlift more, but I want to be sure to give each muscle group 4-7 days of rest. I don't want to injure myself. I'm all about the compound exercises, too! Isolation exercises aren't too practical at this point. I mean, if I have to lift a box, i don't just use my biceps. Yoga is my favorite, though. It focuses on the core, and deep breathing to really target the abs.

  • Good for you! Do you do anything with the pulp from the green juice? I always feel bad throwing out all that fibre! All the best :)

  • @JAMANIJAMANI Thank you! You can check my updates any given Friday from now on. As far as the pulp, I throw it in my compost turner, which sits in my back yard. In the winter, I'm not sure what I'll do with it.

  • you are on the right track. keep the healthy snacks in between available because when hunger hits, we tend to grab the first thing smoking to quiet our stomaches. You know exactly what you are doing. Success to you.
