  • ive been living here for 21 years, and yes in the month of june and early july when it is low tide u can walk to the rock.

  • I visited Perce like 12 years ago. I went by myself in November. Left Montreal it was 65 degrees, after getting off the train 38 with flurries! Spent two days there, got a hotel cheap everything was pretty much closed down. Walked out to the rock at low tide with a few others stayed just 10 mins and walked back again. returned later 90 mins later filled in with water and waves. Nice trip very quint and didnt see too many people when I went.

  • my moms family is from ther it is so beutiful we have a house there

  • Can no longer walk to the Rock anymore...I spend the month of August there(Barachois) it's a great place to be!!!

  • @17JL My family is from Barachois. My 92 year old grandmother is still there and my dad owns a house there as well. I just came back from there July 8th 2011. Good times.

For anyone that wants to visit Perce, I highly recommend it!!

You still can walk to the rock at low tide but at your won risk. They have taken the stairs away, and you have to find your own way there. There are fossils dating back to the Devonian period there but don't get caught trying to keep them.

  • nice little video that is where im from lol Perce what a great place and you can walk to the perce rock when tide is low there is only about a 30 min window of time to do so
