I loved JP on Escapextacy, but i also admire ville, to me, early Poisonblack and poisoblack now are two different bands, but i like them both. Ville really shines on the song X.

ahaha, I love Ville so much! He's perfect but... well, JP is not my idol... but for songs from Escapexstacy he is better to sing than Ville ^^' I think Ville is too... expressive OO agressive.. but I think someone noticed it before.

Illusion/Delusion is not a song of Lust stained Despair Album, that song comes from the Escapexstacy album, with JP lepaluotto in vocals. JP is better than the other guy, for much, You can listen him in songs of Charon band, just found songs like "little angel", "failed" or "death can dance" of Charon, with JP and his great voice.

Nice vid, Lust Stained Despair was an infinitely better album than Escapextacy though IMO. But Ville is a hell of a singer, second in metal only to Miika Taurianen of Entwine.

Vilel does a great job in singin, but yes he has more metallish uptempo good voice.. J-P from Charon suited better for Poisonblack "gothic songs", but these what they do live and Ville doing em... makes em well not so goth, more of liek Sentenced like.

They are not bashing, they are just stating the obvious: That Ville Laihiala's voice is not as appropriate for deep vocals as it is for more aggressive ones. I mean sure he can do deep ones (Dead Moon Rising, Killing me Killing you, and so on) but he's better when the vocals are more..well, aggressive.
