This has been changed, now there should be a open door at 0:17, there turn right, and he might be in there.

That was only during the Halloween edition of the map, during the Christmas edition he was placed in the door to your right when you come out of the vents.'

In the normal map he is at the entrance to the old Dev HQ which no longer exists.

The server for the website is down, you just have to wait until it's back up, you're not banned or anything.
