I agree that it's not bad, just too much with the cymbals on "This Beat Goes On" which drowns out the tom work. On "Switchin' To Glide" the tempo is just a little to fast and the snare rolls seem rushed. But since the songs are rarely covered, I have to say it's great to see a very good cover of them!

Seen KIDD GLOVES perform this number live many times around the FOX VALLEY, and they nailed it everytime. One of the best cover bands in Wisconsin.

Well, I think I'm kind of an authority on this particular song, and I gotta say that the band did a pretty creditable job. That rhythmic oddity between songs has more to do with the random delay time on the vocal than anything the players are doing. Good singing, good playing. I wonder what they're all doing for a living now..?

First off, I thank you and the rest of the band for creating some wonderful music. Your songs, especially this one, got me through high school in the early 80's. What I dig about this tune is the many, many chord changes. Keeps the listener on their toes, gotta tell you! One of my favorite songs to play on the guitar.

Are you playing with anyone and is there a chance you'll tour with the Kings again?

Thanks for playing and posting. The audio quality is about average for a "live" (not off the board) recording. ALWAYS sounds better in person.

LOL and the beat did NOT change. Drummer had a little trouble catching the segue' licks. No big deal.

CLASSIC MISTAKE. They are chasing the tempo because the drummer sped up when they went into Switching to Glide. Don't worry guys, 5 mnutes after the show was over, most people got bored with talking about how much you sucked. Too bad you posted the video to remind them.
