I love that China Blue, but everytime i go to sephora they don't have it, and i've been to 3 in the area of my job already. This is NYC, they need to get it together already lol. I tried the Revlon Matte Riviera Blue, but it's just not the same, though I do like that one too.

I'd take the glitter with a bit of gold and silver and do a sort of gradient/starburst effect coming from the inner corner. Pretty much this taken a step further with sparkles. Something like that with pinks, golds, and purples would be a really pretty comet-like look.
