Kids in this video range from 11-16yrs old. All depends on skill level and dexterity. I always start younger kids off with simple drills, 1 in the box, 2 in the box, etc. As they get better add a new drill a little more challenging.
Some people are born with the talent they have. So footballers can perform ankle breacking cuts and others cants. Whenever I attempt a cut I usally slow down a bit. My specialtys are speed and power. So some can do it and some cant.
Wrong! Ladder work and agility drills are very important in any training. Its about having control of your body and having it do what you want it to do when you need it to. That said everyone progresses at different levels. It also depends on how much time you dedicate to doing it or anything else. Practice! Yes, some people are just naturally gifted but those that aren't blessed like that have to work at it!
on your lateral front backs on the agility ladder make sure they lead with the front foot.. looks like you got some talent in that group wouldnt mind having a few links to see the other ladder drills you do
Great video. Now I have couple more ideas. like the PVC poles in the ground. Kid in the grey shorts, black stripe with the white sleevles shirt, looks like he runs with a good stride.
The song is The 2nd Coming by Juelz Santana of Dipset. You would have seen it on the Nike commercial with Steve Nash, Amare Stoudemire, Shawn Marion, Lebron James, Kobe Bryant, Rasheed Wallace, etc.
Muito legal.

You can do this crap all day and it won't mean anything....when game time comes some people can just do it and some can't.
