Please so not tell me is already because he is on his show he actual working and he was doing long before NCIS or JAG. There is nothing wrong with his hands except maybe people just want to pick on some one becasue their not happy.

Strange direction for him to put his hands behind his back when he should actually be using his hands while he talks, like real people do, especially while he is making key points. That body language looks strange and uncomfortable, like he is ashamed of doing the commercial, instead of fully selling it and bringing his points home by using his hands realistically and meaningfully.
