You can't break the plain of the rubber on your pick offs. As soon as your front foot does that you must come to the plate. Any half decent umpire will call that a baulk every time.
technically in the high school level and maybe even colleges there will only be 2 umpires, one plate and one field. The field umpire will be behind the mound with a man on 1st. So you could get away with a slight front foot movement.

Get a longer stride . im 13 and im just saying . cuz it looks like you could get a bit more zing on your fastball if you stride .
