I am not a fan of the British, but I have to admit that tens of thousands of young men from the United Kingdom, Australia, Canada and New Zealand (as well as the USA) have risked their lives or their limb fighting tyranny. When Hitler wanted to eradicate the national sovereignty of Poland and others by creating a large nation out of many different countries the British said no.
I hate to say it, but the fact that the British inflicted Nazi Germany's first ever military defeat is incredible.

All British Soldiers volunteer to do the job they do, they all willingly sign on the contract, on the application form it says over and over again about the risks of being in the Forces but these men sign knowing they could be killed. For that I respect them so much, I hope to join them very soon.

I don't agree with the war I doubt alot of people that miss their families serving in Iraq and Afghanistan agree with the war but somebody has to serve in the army.
