I dunno what it is, but after such a strong piano intro with the whole car manufacturing process, I wanted something that sounded a little different than tuned up Sonic Adventure music.

That's just me though, and I have to admit I'm spoiled...the US versions of these games have absolutely banger intros...from Everything Must Go in the first one, to the Are you Gonna Go My Way remix of 3...eh..you get what I'm saying.

Again, I'm not hating, its a fabulous game..I just wanted more kick..

@phuturephunk You know this is the Prokofiev 7th sonata, last movement, right? If anything, Sonic was copying this. I mean, Prokofiev's not for everybody, but I'd be careful not to go to a Prokofiev concert at Carnagie and dismiss the whole concert as "tuned up Sonic Adventure music". I do realize this is a HUGE tangent, and this is waaay too much to write on a youtube page about Gran Turismo.

Japanese version (this one) is better than American one. But still undeniably the BEST RACING INTRO OF ALL TIME = GT3 with Lenny Kravitz. Not just because the music either, the whole direction of the intro was so epic. This one is just.....weird and WAY too long even for a car lover such as myself....
