It looks like you have a female full of eggs, and 6 or 7 males trying to mate with her. If you see this again, move her and one of the males to another tank with plants using the same tank water, and see what happens. They breed in pairs and there is just too many males after her in an enclosed tank environment. They need the plants to lay the eggs on the undersides of the leaves.
