in boston, 94.1 is where its at. its not a boston station, but it comes in clear, and it rocks from what i remember. in the philly area we have good stations, WMMR, WYSP, 105.7 The Hawk, G Rock, 102.9 MGK, Radio 104.5. and there is a real bad ass station in allentown... 107.1 The Bone. they play SOAD Godsmack Tool Led Zeppelin Pink Floyd Metallica Atreyu Disturbed RATM, etc... all the stuff that Clear Channel stations wont play.... RADIO DOES NOT SUCK, CLEAR CHANNEL DOES!!!

WBCN was once one of the greatest rock stations in the country. It died in 1994 when they trashed the station's history, dumped all the jocks, and went "alternative." It has sucked ever since.

I love the crying strange characters/dinosaurs and the pretentious hipster with the turtleneck. The melody of the song is pretty cool too - and now I know who Darkbuster is

so true the WBCN paylist sucks we can't get any new acts on it all and since we can just put all these songs on are ipod whats the point. Radio should be more about the DJ's now,I wish WBCN didn't fire you robby you were the only reason why I listened to Hardy,

Well done sir... I was just talking with a co-worker yesterday about the same 10 bands WBCN plays every hour, Foo Fighters, RHCP, Linkiln Park, Alice in Chains, Pearl Jam, Beasties, Nirvana, Jack White, Weezer, and Offspring. Adam 12, is great but they have his hands tied witht he playlist.
