You guys seriously need to pitch this to Nintendo. They seem to have a thing for buying other people's games and branding them as their own. Doki-Doki Panic, for example, was purchased and made into Mario 2. As well as Starfox Adventures. That was a game developed by some random team called Dinosaur Planet, then Nintendo came along, bought it from them, added in Starfox elements, and there you go.

At least here, there's already a core game in place, that looks absolutely incredible, might I add.

I agree with you, but did you know that there was this Chrono Trigger fan project that was stopped just before they were finished? They were 99% on completion but had cancel the release of the project due to copyrighting.

Actually it was 98%, SE sent them a cease and desist order because it was a rom hack, nintendo doesn't really send C&D orders anymore, if they did then I know entire communities that have been up for years would be shut down, IIRC nintendo is currently ok with fangames, most major companies are and few them as fan art.....well besides square enix.

Actually that game had good graphics, its just that the game suck in a very awfull way.

And SF Assault... well i have videos of me making records, but i didnt liked it, actually from the 5 games this series have only two dont suck, and theres a sixth but it doesnt count as it was never released.

Assault was just Nintendo trying to make up for the epic failure they added to the series, "Adventures". It seemed rushed and thrown together , with a horrible plot and god, they had to add Crystal [eww].

Adventures was a fail and the fault goes to Nintendo for forcing Rare (actually everything went bad for Nintendo games since then) to modify "Dinosaur Planet" into that crap. Assault was the epic failure, And yes that bitch made the series go down as they tried to create a deeper story like some shitty anime. Command was good, but the controls while not bad, they should have added a classic control option.

If you ever payed attention, both Adventures and Assault were good games. Nintendo tried adventuring into new ways to make Star Fox fresh. Sure some things shouldn't tried again, like Adventures',well adventuring and Assault's ground missions should be used less than any other mode but those things didn't make those games bad. If you don't like the games, it's not Nintendo's fault, it's yours because you just don't like that kind of gameplay.

Sure, good to see you agree with keeping things fresh, and yeah adventuring should stay with Zelda or with a completely new IP that's also created for adventuring but you can't blame Nintendo for wanting to try to different things for some of their franchises.They do it with Mario and its a huge success,so why not try franchises that may benefit?Nintendo is weird and thats why they make great games. And i wasn't talking about graphics alone. I meant different concepts and styles and reimagining.

Yes, I liked the concepts for Assault, they were great, I consider it a good idea, but it was awfully short, lets face it, the game last at most 70 (my record) or 90 minutes even if you get gold medals in the 10 missions.

Adventures would have been better if it had been like Jet force Gemini, you have the weapons, the enemies and a really long game to keep you busy for at least 4 hours (my record). One game was too short and the other was really "zelda like" game.

Still I believe We can rescue the on foot missions, if they are used better, am not saying lets make more on foot missions than air missions or viceversa, am saying just makke sense with what people is waiting maybe a 50/50, add misions where the tank is used in more than the all range mode like the 64 Mc beth. But I guess you get my point that the games could have been better if they had mixed on rail, foot, all range with landmaster or arwing and use the graphics from adventures.
