  • thank you for sharing your recipes, BUT could you not use a white background and white dishes / cutting boards because it's really hard to see what it is you're doing. Re-view the part where you're adding the cheese slice to the bowl and you'll understand what I mean.

  • I think bacon is the best thing ever!

  • If you want to try some very original ones, there are few new resturants in Toronto's China Town, they even making the dumplings in front of you, so, when you eat, you know what is the real difference. :)

  • The problem of the misunderstanding from Korean and Japanese of Jiao Zi, is , you double cooked the veggies, and used the pressed auto cover from the store, therefore, the taste and nutritious will never ever good, as the all hand made and fresh raw veggie Chinese dumplings. I have tried a bag of such stuff in store, when into the pan, almost all broke. And taste very dull. :) Hope you have some understanding and do not cheat your very self. :)

  • hi.. can i use siomai or wonton wrappers instead of gyoza wrapper? because i cant find gyoza wrapper here in our place.. hope you can help me cause i really want to make this gyoza.. by the way i've subscribe to you because i really like your videos.. thanks

  • @kawaiimiaka25 oh really!? wonton wrappers are smaller, right?! you can use that but might become smaller. anyways, wonton wrappers are perfect. i ate wonton-like gyoza at restaurant one day and was pretty cute and nice!!!

  • Hey guys, can anyone tell me how I can make my wrappers thinner? They arent sold around here, so I have to make them by hand. They come out way to thick.

  • @ForsakenSora try rolling them out between cling film or sandwich/freezer bags, you can get them pretty thin that way :)
