If you want to try some very original ones, there are few new resturants in Toronto's China Town, they even making the dumplings in front of you, so, when you eat, you know what is the real difference. :)

hey @ochikeron: i think i read somewehre saying that olive oil is not that good if you use it for frying. maybe use canola oil next time. olive oil only good for boiling pasta or salad :)
and anw, im gonna try to make the gyoza next time :3
