He achieved the title of Mandalore, which is a huge accomplishment and in his old age and failing health, he still kicked a lot of ass alongside his granddaughter and Han Solo. He also trained Han Solo's daughter to be able to kill her twin brother, Darth Caedus, in which she succeeded. So, to be able to go through so many battles and kill many Jedi and Sith, and to train someone who took down a Sith Lord, I'd say Boba is quite a badass.

I think Master Chief should be first because they are going to have him as the star of six games, and as of the third game, you have yet to even get a hint of what he looks like. We see the face of spiderman, iron man, sauron has no face, i think we've seen the predator. We've seen jason, the lich king, batman, (i dont count darth vader casue we see the prequal version of him) and boba fett is just a clone of jango. So thats why master chief should be first.
