Was this popo in the 'Y' intersection Managua-Masaya -Tipitapa? This same dude told me I was gonna pay 1500 cordobas cuz I made an "Illegal U turn" at the end he was begging me for money! I was heading to the airport and said no way man! Same looser trying to get money from me, I'm laughing so hard!!! Too bad I didn't get him on video or that would have been the best youtube video response ever!

Police in Nicaragua are treating people with dignity and respect.  Not like other Latin America countries that lack the skills to explain to people why they were stopped. Good job and I hope other agencies can learn from their professionalism.

Thanks man. I appreciate it. I live in the States and I have seen some nice and good cops. I have seen some arrogant and control freak ones. I don't know about cops in other latin American countries.
