  • @airgearbleachfan thats why Nintendo is the better company along with Konami most of my games are from SEGA Nintendo or Konami cause there not the same thing over and over..

  • i like the song :P

  • @airgearbleachfan ...and this game isn't a repetitive shmup that is NOTHING like Gradius, Life Force, Axelay, Ikaruga (well...), R-type, etc.? This is about as cookie-cutter as it gets. Go ahead and blame the U.S.A. for that, too.

  • @Rudimentarypenis I dont blame any company that makes a decent game with nice, young girls in it.

  • @ElementalGemini Hahahaha I can't argue there.

  • This is censored in the American trailer -_-

  • ココロとストラーフはいつ解禁になるのかなぁ?

  • I wanna get the Collectors Edition of this game. Good thing that's coming to the US. ^.^

  • proof that boobs make everything better.

  • 気持ちのいい曲だなぁ。

  • wtf is this? sailor moon in cyber space?? LOL

  • Who could've guessed the fate of the universe rested upon a bunch of teenage girls with ridiculously revealing outfits?

  • If this is an anime, I'll masturbate the entire day!

  • Anoa as the Vic Viper Tron as the Lord British Diol as the Serenity Viper Madoka as the Mardoch Viper Tita Nium as the Big Core Examiner Esmeralda as the Jade Knight Poini as the Falchion Beta Kokoro as the Belmont Viper Fuhma as the Axelay Viper Arnval as the T-100 or T-301
  • @rhenoroyce Hmm, this information could come in handy... I thank you for this info, Im making drawings of Keyblades based off of this series. Someone has to try... and that person is going to be me. But Im curious as to who that lass in the brown coat during the intro is, and as to what fighter she and Gesshi Hanafuuma have. Gotta have all the information to be complete, I always say.

  • What's bad about this? First, the real Vic Viper is a lot smaller smaller than Kochiya Sanae and Uesugi Kenshin. Second, if Anoa and Eru are as tall as them, they would be bigger than the original. As a result, Sanae and Kenshin will literally obliterate the Angel Squadron and then yuri rape all of 'em (save for that Goemon lookalike). Then...

  • Fuck. Dis is clearly an insult to Gradius

  • Who cares about the censorship, the point is that this piece of shit just shouldn't exist. It's a loli bullet-hell, with no sense of innovation (that I can see) in either gameplay, which is much the same as it was in the 80s, or visual style, which is just plain retarded.

  • @LordCumberdale What, exactly, is loli about this? Only one of the characters is loli. Everyone else has (quite obvious) assets.

  • @LordCumberdale And ...... what the fucking wrong with LOLI ? Most people like it . Call this piece of shit ? YOU IDIOT !!! This is Cute and Imaginative one . The idea to combine Loli with spaceship and bullet is Awesome . The Cuteness of Loli make it more relax and enjoyable for everyone , instead of the dreadful destruction . You are fucking Retard !!!!

  • @Romus011 It seems some people never get what makes Japanese awesome. Because they know a game is just a game, not a simulation of WW3 or the end of the universe. At least the art style is perfect, epic space fighter combine with sexy girls, is how you spell awesome. Cuteness with dignity, means its only made in Japan.

  • @dfgl1029 You are RIGHT !!! I AGREE !!! XD XD XD

  • Yep this officially made my day

  • oh god its like strike witches but worse. how is that even fucking possible

  • Wow, the censorship made the E3 trailer seem worse than it actually is... it implied nudity when there wasn't any. The outfits are somewhat revealing, but not anything near as bad as you might imagine given the censorship.

  • @Outshinedsg true but still WHAT THE FUCK IS THIS

  • @Outshinedsg FUKKEN SIGNED. The music remixes for the different origin series of the girls and their ships (and Emon 5, when he was still present) are a WONDERFUL thing that sets this series apart in this day and age. It's one of the reasons I got Gorgeous. That somebody out there was able to extract the music made it even better.

  • A fucking castlevania ship? Preordered

  • @lolmom first time vic viper ship, she's the new character of castlevania.

  • What's the title of the song?

  • Comment removed

  • I approve of this so damn much. I love you Konami for being gusty/Japanese-y enough not only to put boobs on Gradius ships, but also for having enough faith that Americans will end up buying such an odd game!

Any idea on whether this will be a disc game or something to download off XBLA? I want to know whether I'll need to save up some money or MS points.

  • @cheetah672 I have it pre-ordered from Gamestop. So it's likely a disc game. But the articles also mention XBLA. It's probably going to be available through both fashions.

But ordering it off Gamestop at the moment also comes at a discount.

  • suppa kawaii =*^.^*=

  • If this game is censored as in the E3 trailer, this is going to be such a bad game. rate it M or something, but NEVER censor a game like that!! Japanese know how to make games interesting AND selling well, don't prove Japanese that we are stupid assholes who censor games like hell!

That's why i prefer to watch fansubbed anime, they stay the way they were broadcasted in Japan, only difference is little compression, subtitles on the middle lower part of the video...little to no censoring...

  • oh......i dont know how to translate her name.

  • This game is coming out to North America September 7 of this year. Yeah I am looking forward to this.

  • Wicked cool! I cant wait for this game to make it to the US later this year! I'm SOOOOOO gonna buy it!

  • I just hope that some of the employees at the companies involved in bringing this game to the US will browse to Youtube one day before it's released in the US, watch this video, and read the comments, including the opinions by me and many read my opinions and the opinions of my fellow anime and video game fans posted here in the comments section and that will help them to make there porting-to-the-US policies correctly (realize censoring SUCKS and therefore NOT CENSOR it in the US release).

  • But trust me, if this censoring STAYS in the game for the ACTUAL GAME (not just the trailer), it will NOT be the most popular game ever as I mentioned it could be, but rather will be the BIGGEST FLOP EVER!

It looks like the succes of this game will come down to how Microsoft and Konami Of America, while working back oversease with Konami Of Japan to get the game to the US, will actually handle the US release. If any of these companies decide to censor it in the US release it WILL FAIL in the US

  • @BenHutchinson1

If the censoring is NOT in it actually in the game's actual opening video in the US (unlike this trailer which has censoring) I could see this game being more popular than Mario, Zelda, Super Smash Bros, and Halo franchises combined! It would be the FIRST EVER game that previously was only meant for Japanese release (which looked like what the Otomedius series was going to be forever) and actually become a US release. Just imagine if GW:EndlessWaltz had a US release.

  • I'm upset now that I see where the censoring is, and it's LAME! But my questions still remain.

Is the censor just for the trailer? Or is it also in the game opening in the US as well?

And there are MANY games in the US that came from Japan (Zelda, Mario, etc) some of which are censored and I don't really care, but I VERY WELL care about it in this game. Why? Because this might be the "game of the decade" or even the "game of the century" but it WON'T be if the opening is really censored in-game.

  • Is this the trailer, or the opening? The title claims "op" or opening, but the game isn't even out yet, so I'm guessing it's the trailer.

  • @BenHutchinson1 Whoa now. You've gone on quite a tirade there. The E3 trailer was censored for international broadcasting, as E3 is a global and unrated event. The game will have the appropriate Teens rating to do away with what little censoring the trailer had.

Also this strikes me as the game's intro cinematic. It just doesn't show the villains, which is my only complaint.

  • @Sableneko

    Ok, that's good.

But the start of the trailer ALREADY said "some may not be appropriate for children", so shouldn't that statement already have made the censoring UNNECESSARY, even for the international trailer?

  • Why the censorship? It's not like this game was made with kids in mind, they barely even know Gradius at all...

  • 続編が出るとはねぇ

  • なかなかいいです

  • What is the name of the song? I really wanna know.

  • @simpleplan9211 the name of this song is ''Fly'' performed by Aoba Anoa and the 4 new characters: Arnval, Starf, Kokoro Belmont and Mon Hua of Otomedius X.

  • @rhenoroyce Mon Hua? I'd heard her name was Fuuma Getsushihana.

  • So, what exactly was the US trailer censoring?

  • @parasiticproductions The US trailer censored cleavage. It makes no damn sense to us either.

  • @Sableneko

Where is the part that was censored? Am I missing something? Also, is the censor just for the trailer? Or is it also in the game opening in the US?

  • @BenHutchinson1

If it does show up in the US game intro, how easy or hard will it be do you think to convince Konami's American division and/or Microsoft (via email complains) to get them to RERELEASE it WITHOUT the censoring?

  • Awesome!

    Can't wait!

  • This looks fucking cool OwO

  • That's more like it!

  • @Sableneko i have a request about Eru-san.........is her older brother look like Light in the Twinbee character?

his Vixen looks ruined after the credit game in otome g.
