I know many people who give much more than 5% each year to charity. By comparison, Buffett is about as bad as Jack Benny. I have little respect for high stakes investors giving away their billions. Back door deals and brutal business practices helped him accumulate his precious bucks, and somehow he believes that trickling it down to the masses will draw more worshippers to his feet. Perhaps it purges him of some guilt and helps him sleep better at night.
@charadester I know of Christian millionaires and people of other religious stripes who give 10% of their wealth away to their churches/temples etc - and that's just the beginning because they give more than that to charity. 5% isn't much to brag about.
Yeah Bufett is lucky and very good investor, but i dont understand his super economic. its stupid.. money for the rest.. Maybe he work with bilderberg and whant new world ordo ???
