its a charge, it doesn't matter how big you are, when you take a charge you are suppose to fall. Flopping is when there's absolutely no contact, no legit positioning, a player just pretty much acts the whole thing...I hate to say this, but learn the rules especially about blocking/charging fouls, learn to play basketball, learn the word "flop", go check out other videos, you would see the difference, it would make you feel like you are watching soccer and  lastly just learn to enjoy the game
