Don't buy into Timeshares... Even if you go to a presentations for FREE Prizes, they REALLY pressure you into buying the Timeshare. Trust me, they're too expensive and too many restrictions and hidden fee's! I suggest buying a Vacation Club Membership. For more info, check out my detailed videos!

EH YO STRAIGHT UP FOR REAL. IM SICK N TIRED OF ALL YOU FAGGOTS TALKING SHIT ABOUT THE FAM. YOUR ALL FUCKIN PUSSYS. YOU TALK THAT SHIT. YOU TALK THAT SHIT TO OUR FACES AND SEE WHAT GOES DOWN. ITLL BE YOU UP AGAINST AN ENTIRE NATIONS WORTH OF JUGGALOS WHO WILL REP THE HATCHET FOR ALL THEY LIVES. BRING IT AND GET FUCKED UP YOU SHIT FAGGOT ASSHOLES!!! JUGGALOS ARE THE REALEST PEOPLE EVA AND HATERS ARE JEALOUSE OF US. TO QUOTE VIOLENT J "YOU HATE US BECAUSE YOU AINT US" WOOP WOOP MCL 4EVER!
Timeshares are a scam. Outrageous maintenance costs. Plus you can only use them certain times of the year. Stay away from timeshares people. If you already have one, good luck on trying to sell it. You will never get out of it what you paid into it. These weasels who sell these pipe dreams are bottom feeders. Barely a step above a used car salesman who sells a lemon. Do your research.
You wanna get rid of yours? Then you need to pay someone to take it.
That's right, forget about selling your timeshare. You need to give it away and if that doesn't work , then pay someone to take it.
Seriously I have seen countless people going almost BANKRUPT because of their timeshares. Think $100-200/yr in maintenance fees is bad? Wait until they come up with a reason to increase it to $500/yr, because some "hurricane just hit the resort"
a rep stopped me in the street and promised all kinds and free taxi to where you want but you only got taxi back to your resort the speech lasted 2 half hr the guy was not amused when i said no he told me i cost him £1000 ,you have to give them £14000 within 6 mths after paying the deposit and you only have the apartment for 1 mth at about £1000 a time it may look nice but all is not if things dont go the salesman way
We bought Kona Hawaiian Timeshare for $20,000 cash in 2001. Maintenance $634/year. Never been able to get the booking of the places that we ever want. For the last 9 years, we were able to use 3 weeks, all we got was 2 rooms apartment/motel. Not a hotel, no star to mention. For just $634 a year maintenance fee, you get have a better holiday that we could get with that about $30K we paid. Gave away for free and BE FREE.
im with you timesare is right if you use it.. I know the cost of some rooms in hawaii can be min 300 us pernight. 5 days thats $1500 dollars I will never see again. at least with ime share i can go every year and spend the same money more than once ,.. wyndham anyway
Time share is not a scam, I sold it for 12 years and made a fortune and I always got paid on time, how many industries can you say that about? I was given bonuses and even trips to Europe plus the Omega and Cartier watches watches. Its not a scam, I am living proof.
You are absolutely right. It is the best possible deal you can imagine for the SELLER. Not so for the BUYER. That is exactly how sellers make fortunes and buyers lose their money.
PT Barnum said there is one born every minute. Of course timeshares are a scam. Why not just rent a hotel room or condo when you want to vacation somewhere. This is like forcing your hand for the rest of your life to give some unknown person money every month for the purchace price of something you should be renting for vacation. Don't buy, you would be a fool.
I don't know about that. My friend Jona has a timeshare that he bought a long time ago now, and he loves it. However, me on the other hand, I don't go to vacations that much and I am more of a guy who goes to a place, sees the place, rents a room, goes around for 2-3 days to check the enviroment and gets bored really fast. So I don't think timeshares are for me. For people buying a time share remember it it is too good to be true, it probably is.
maybe timeshares overseas are different and obviously this video was made somewhere else. we love our timeshare and feel spoiled by it. we exchange every year, no problem.s dont believe EVERYTHING you see.
So not true. I bought my timeshare last Sunday. Called on Monday and made my 6 night reservation for this coming October. This is Wyndham so maybe Marriot is not as good?
Selling timeshare MAKE MORE ECONOMIC SENSE then buying timeshare.Just take a look at all these paper vouchers (less than 2 cents per page) translated into millions of REAL hard cash.Wow ! Condition: Only if suckers are born every day !
You have to see and have to think very sensibly of what you are buying in Timeshare. There are lots of information which takes months to disgest and their sales reps keep pushing you to sign up at the same time by giving out all the gimics.
There is no massive savings when you consider the cost of money and the ever increasing maintenance fees that you have zero control over. You will only get pennies on the dollar when you try to sell. Look at that contract closely because it gives the Timeshare company ALL the advantages and you 100% of the debt.
You buy timeshare to save money when you use it to go on vacation. Not to sell it and make money. It is a great investment when you use it. However, it does not appreciate. It's like buying a car, that depreciates. If you don't drive it, it's worthless. The more you use your Timeshare the more cost affective it is.
This is totaly not true. I've owned my timeshare for 5 years now. It's the best thing I've ever done. Can go anywhere, anytime.... It's paid for itself many times over.
Go anywhere? No way! You can only "trade" with other affiliated properties AND at additional cost. Go anytime? Subject to availability of "comparables" AND at additional cost.
Exactly. If you cannot find anyone to trade with you, you are stuck. Its all subect to availability.I know ten people very well who manage timeshare and I all the ins and outs. There are many restrictions and lots of legalities protecting them. You really have to know.
The realty nothing is perfect. However, I'm very happy with my timeshare. I have been to a lot of different resorts through Mexico, California....etc. The truth is if I didn't own my timeshare, I wouldn't have gone to any of these places. Is it perfect? No. However, it's a lot better than paying $300 a night. At some of the reorts I stay at. It's not for everyone that's for sure. Good Luck buddy. By the way other affiliated properties are 3000 plus resorts. That's not enough for you?
ask your self how mcuh you pay every year for a hotel room? then consider you can hvae a onebedroo or more for the same money. and your not transfering your welth through reciepts. when u spend that money on vaca .. its gone for sure
with time share, my points a renewd everyyear. I spend the initial investment over anfd over every year.. cap cosyt as opposed to paying inflated room rates.. good luck check it out
Timeshares may be lovely, but the question is about money - is it a good deal? In my experience it is cheaper to buy for cash, not to mention ridiculous timeshare booking limitations, fees and so on.
There is no interrogative in the title of this upload. Remove the last word to be correct.
