You need good karma and it's easier if you're a high level. Level 10 billion at minimum. You need 11 billion xp for the next level. But there are some high level mini Sonichus for XP boosting. They give you 12 XP per kill and occur 1 everyone day. Once you get that level higher, you should be able to level up and then you should be able to pass Rosechu.
