HE DID NOT "BACK-UP" his vehicle as the lady said. In the original video, the in-dash cam captures the boy running into the vehicle at the same time the officer is turning. Don't drive and tase.

Incidents like this are the reason people lose respect for law enforcement officials. Just because they are the law doesn't make them right. You see too many of these "accidents" happening and where is the justice for the victims?

You may see many of these kinds of investigations come back negative, but that shouldn't be surprising since an investigation is mandatory when there's a serious injury or death, even if there is mounds of evidence in the officer's favor. In this case, all it would take is a dash cam video to know one way or the other. To be clear, I think police can make mistakes, especially in pursuits, but it's still not the majority of cases.

Incidents like this are the reason people lose respect for law enforcement officials. Just because they are the law doesn't make them right. You see too many of these "accidents" happening and where is the justice for the victims?

You may see many of these kinds of investigations come back negative, but that shouldn't be surprising since an investigation is mandatory when there's a serious injury or death, even if there is mounds of evidence in the officer's favor. In this case, all it would take is a dash cam video to know one way or the other. To be clear, I think police can make mistakes, especially in pursuits, but it's still not the majority of cases.

Police also operate with a gang mentality when they are on patrol. Failing to obey them results in similar consequences than if they were simply armed thugs patrolling their turf. Shameful display of brutality.
