yes, chicago races! im doing the st pattys 5k but what is th shamrock shuffle? and how long is it?

the shamrock shuffle is (or at least the record holding) largest 8k in the world. it follows the first few miles of the chicago marathon. it's a lot fun and there's free beer afterwards

omg i was at that race!! It was cold!! i ran the race in 57 mintues!! Which is good since im 13 so its a good time for me!! You can look late tonight to see a video of me talking about the race

I could tell you were cold hahaha. That weather is brutal. It won't stop raining here in Tallahassee, so I've been running my workouts on the treadmill this past week.
