Accents - the way words are pronounced. Dialects - subvarieties of a language with unique grammar/vocabulary. American English is a dialect of English for instance. There are several dialects of English in the UK and hundreds of accents, which is what you actually mean, but unfortunately for you, no coffeh or dawgs.
