right!. very nice! maintaining the core at the tip of the triangle however awkward is the position to create an art of pose! very good! Thats the material side! the spiritual side is, that position maintains an open channel for the chi to flow in and out w/o interruptions and therefore amplify the muscle strength and power. with that kind of knowledge extending chi from the material body will be limitless. a powerful weapon will be. Cary on! :-)
