It is called "tutorial on how to draw kakashi" LOL!!! if there is no real tutorial on how to draw renji, i'd really really want to make one, coz renji is one of my fav. characters in bleach and he looks really cool!!! Of course i'll help ya out ;)

I usually use Lyra pencils, and i prefer drawing with 2B pencils!! I prefer using soft erasers!! (soft erasers looks like play dough but it works like an eraser) Paper is important too!! If you want to shade a lot it is smart to buy real sketching paper... Regular copy paper works great as well... if you have any more questions, dont hesitate to ask!! XD

thanx a lot!! XDXD!! dude, i spent a helluvalot of time on this drawing!! I think i did the rough sketch in 1 hour and then i spent 2 hours just apply a few colours and then an additional 4 hours on colouring the drawing... Around 7 hours in total!! (i could probably do it in a shorter time, but i'm an amateur with chalk so i use a lot of time ;))

i totally disagree!! Your hinata and ichigo drawings are amazing!! Nice shades on hinata and the ichigo drawing has perfect proportions!!!! LOL! i do understand what you mean about keeping some nice drawings just as a reminder!! ;) But i usually start hating my drawings a while after i've made them!! Thanx man!! The pro calls it "pastel". Ya also need "fixative spray" to make the chalk stick to the paper. And ya might wanna buy some A3 paper, coz it's difficult to be precise. (i usually also use a normal black pen after i've sprayed the last time to make it look clearer.) If you're used to drawing and shading with a pencil, then you will find chalk drawings easier to make! :D If ya ever try this, be sure to let me know. I'll rate and comment! :D

I'm use to using a #2 pencil for most of my drawings, except for the last two you just viewed. It does seem like it would be much easier to shade with chalk, but what happens when you need to erase????

ya mite have noticed that i did a major mistake in this drawing? I didnt see my mistake until after i had used the spray... (I forgot the tatoo above the hairthingy!) So i used a helluva lot of white and used the spray again.. then added more white.. then sprayed again.. Lol!! I think it came out ok.. but only ok. ;) If ya havent sprayed yet then it's easy!! Ya just use those soft erasers.. Dunno what it's called, but since it's chalk it will easily come of. If there is an area where you are

uncertain about shading, i'd start off with a white layer if i were you(coz if ya use a colour on the paper first it's difficult to earse, even with the soft eraser.)((but that aint really a problem either, coz ya can just erase as much as ya can and then add a lot of light colour afterwords.. but the result might differ)) Ya can kinda see on my vid that the whole face has a ground layer of light colour (coz i'm really uncomfortable with shading faces) Have ya ever tried "soft" erasers?

Really I have not used many materials to draw with, just a regular #2 pencil. I have tried many different techniques to get different looks.
