  • That's not Baltimore.... I'm from Baltimore and I don't sound like that. -_-

  • think about who were the population in the baltimore/ penns area first...the english.

  • anyone who thinks that sounds like a Baltimore accent has never been to Baltimore. Try saying warsh or hon or Balduhmor cause thats how we say things we don't talk like we're from britian

  • @carliesaysrawr

yes you do, even linguists will note the similarities between "Bawlimerese" and Cockney English.

  • we don't talk like that.

    thank you very much.

  • it doesnt sound like that. and i love how people not from baltimore actually pronounce the "T". Its Bal-duh-more.

  • Cutelil, there's no need to apologize. I'd agree that this is not an exact replica of a baltimore accent--if it was it wouldn't be funny. Impressions are funny because certain elements are exaggerated. But you have to admit it sounds *something* like a baltimore accent, no? Well, you don't have to admit it, but I sure hear it! :-)

  • Sorry. Baltimore accents sound nothign like that. We have a sounthern and northern mixture of our own. We say BAL - DUH -MOR.

  • That's not the Baltimore accent I'm familiar with. Then again, I've been away from home for some time now. This just proves that B-more is becoming a melting pot like New York. It's growing and it's a mix of people from a lot of different cultures.

  • lol. dont sound baltimore to me.. kinda australian or british

  • This sounds very Baltimore to me

  • Funny, that's how I've already described the "bawlimer accent" like "Cockney English"
