Why would you do this to vice city? It was perfect as it was, set in the 80's. Why don't you mod San Andreas? Because this just looks shit. It was perfect as an original game, you don't have to ruin it.

I don't think its possible to mods the files of your game disk in an Xbox.

This is the Pc version, where you can modify anything you can possibly think of. One reason Pc is so much better then a console. :P
