Yes, always supervise all games closely and make sure the kids are moving with control and understanding the rules and being safe BEFORE starting it at full speed.

I've seen a similar game being played before.The kids were younger than 10, and they bumped each others' heads and ended up screaming in pain.
Use caution with such a game.
