If you have the graphics set to "Simple", it is just the car. The higher you set the graphics in the options, the more cars are there.

sorry but its the menu music on the game. I just recorded a bit of the menu then put it as audio in the video. Try googling: "Eternal Father mp3". I'm pretty sure beemp3 has it.
