I have to admit that the Fit is probably the worst car that Honda has made in a long time. Other Honda's are much better like the Civic and Accord. The fit is too expensive for what it is.

Hy, i am happy to se US people enjoy driving cars like the FIT, this is really a great car, it's european sized , styled and high MPG , fun to drive. Too bad there isn't more car like that in US, lot of cars to sell are SUV and truck. Here in Switzerland (and EUrope) we have a big choice of car like this FIT: My favorite is the Peugeot 207 SW, Check my vide, it's a lot of fun to drive, great looking, high MPG, compact by the size, but lot of space into it!

I get the feeling that this reply will probably fall upon deaf ears, however, I must protest that I have ample funds to afford what car I wish. honda provides vehicles that are the pinnacle of quality, when it comes to lifespan. when your all-american GT breaks down, the fit will still be running. the car is fun to drive, and the VTEC mechanism does make up for a bit of the lack of horsepower. it is rather rude to pass judgement of someone just because they favor a different car than you.

Re the reviewers' low mpg, I have heard there is an "Idle Learn Procedure" that the dealer is supposed to do, which if omitted or done wrong can be bad for mpg. You'd think they'd have that worked out by now, but you never know...

A Next Level Phase 3 ECU module, cold air intake, and 18"glass pack muffler made a lot of difference on mine. It is a little noisy, but It's a good noise. Last fill up 38.4 mpg.

The Fit is great. This is a good review, except for the erroneous mileage information. On my Fit Sport 5 speed manual, with over 1,500 miles on it so far, I'm averaging 35+ MPG, 70% of which is city driving.

In Europe, its called the Honda Jazz, In Asia and America, its called the Honda Fit. The Honda Fit tho, is suppose to have better exterior and interior design than the Honda Jazz. It's suppose to replace the line of civics when they first come out, since all the civics now are getting bigger and bigger.
