Turkish is a a kind of global language. A Turkish speaker can easly understand Azerbaijani language becouse they have the same origin.

So as a matter of fact they are the "same" language.. The difference is very less.

For example I'm Turkish and I can %95 understand Azerbaijani.. It's same for any azebaijan..

As far as I know, this is a serbian song, popularised by Goran Bregovic , Emir Kusturica and other Serbian & balkan music performers..
