Lol :P Well you just need to play a good first person game and experience what I mean. With the good ones I feel completely absorbed in to the game world, I feel like I am really there. That just never happens with 3rd person games. I still like 3rd person though, it's the only view I use in most MMORPG's because I need the bigger view of my surroundings. Especially in PVP games where you need to keep an eye out for enemy players.

Enough with Diablo fans saying its an RPG already, gawd, go hate on the wow forums or some other blizzard monstrosity. MMO's, dungeon siege, and diablo hackfests have nothing to do with cRPG. Baldur's Gate, IWD, Planescape, pwn all. I've never played arcanum but it looks awesome. I have alot of respect for Trokia, TOEE was tremendous *sound applause* but you just can't beat Rocky :) (BG2)

ES3 : Morrowind . despite that it's a very old game , it's the only one that you can play on not so good, but ok graphics , because this game has just an epic storyline and the sadest thing is that millions of people think oblivion is better.. it isnt . I am not saying that Oblivion is a bad game , in fact it's a very good one, but it cannot match with ES3 Morrowind. I think the only good thing in Oblivion is ,as you all know the graphics which is being more important than the storyline.. sad

But what´s about the good old cRPGs from the 80s´n´90s starting with the Wizardry Series (especially Wizardry 8), Ultima, Eye of the Beholder-Trilogy, Lands of Lore 1+2, Dungeon Master, Chaos Strikes Back, DSA, Jagged Alliance 1+2, Ishar-Trilogy, Black Crypt, Abandoned Places, Ambermoon, Amberstar. Okay, most of them can´t really compare in technical aspects to the later titles, but still worth to give a try.
