In my opinion, Laguna seca is the "Monaco of the FIM Gp". Why?? It's somehow cute, it's little, it's hard... and races there are damn boring!!!

Please, guys, there are way better tracks in USA for gp racing, have you ever heard about Viriginia international raceway or Road America??

Can't compare the glory days of the 500 c.c. racing with today's bikes. Eddie Lawson, Freddie Spencer, Kevin Schwantz, Wayne Rainey, they used to race real bikes. The same with the australians, Barry Sheene, Wayne Gardner, Mike Doohan...

It's like trying to compare Alonzo or Hamilton with Ayrton Senna days in F1. Even Nascar changed.

But duels like Lawson vs. Gardner, no sir, you'll never see again.

I'd love to see these kids racing the wild 1989 Pepsi Suzuki RGV 500 of Schwantz, for example.
