  • love how people judge on advice whether saying its good or bad when they are searching for advice

  • Thank god he taught me how to drink before during and after a run. I never knew before!

  • when I run, right when I am running and I take any kind of water or fluid whatsoever I get side cramps on the right side of my body. Why is that? I pre drink before the race and when I do run I dont bring any water to drink because I will get side cramps right off the bat. And then I would have to take atleast a 20 minute break till it goes away. Anyone know why this could be a problem and how to prevent this? I can't figure it out.

  • @markb16a where i'm from, its called a stitch and from what i know, its due to lack of proper warmup. do a good 400m slow jog, around 3min and some stretching and you should be good to go :)

  • i didnt hear anything about gatorade

  • @loublanco1 Nothing but PURE WATER.

  • Cheers for the advice bro

  • doesn't drinking in the middle of a run give you a cramp?

  • @icybreath90 if you drink too much, thats why you moderate it.

  • hey can you coach me lol really good tips

  • Seems like common sense now but I never thought of weighing myself before and after a run. Thanks for the tips.

  • whenever I drink before running it hurts me stoamach when I start to run, anyone guess why...?

  • @12elfutbolista that's called a cramp, or i think some people call it a side stitch, don't drink ALOT of water and run right after, drink a decent amount of liquids like, i'm not sure, but i usually for with anything from 10 minutes to an hour before running,

  • but won carrying water with u makes u heavier and more annoying as it would get in the way when you're running?

  • is there some protein type shake that i can drink that will help me recover faster after a race or practice?

  • The part about losing moisture & tissue is important information i didn't know.

    Glad i watched this.

  • Oh geez, I didn't realize the bit about the moisture being lost while breathing! Silly me--no wonder people tell me to breath in my nose and out my mouth..

  • awesome, very good advice.

  • Excellent tips. ;D
