Yes, it was a request. Big deal. Vic is the adult here and should be well aware as to what is the proper behavior around minors. This is really creepy, and weird, that he would even do this. It's inappropriate on so many levels, and he acts like it was perfectly normal and that it's completely okay for older men to touch younger girls like this.

There's a HUGE difference between a man (or a woman for that matter) who is attracted to children and one who is attracted to teenagers who have long hit puberty. A 16 or 17 years old is not legal, but they're no child.

And about "proper", the girl asked him to do this for her birthday so that the character she loves (not Vic especially) sings happy birthday to her. Is this really THAT bad?

@OmegaCalibur I like to think of myself as a rather reasonable fan, and I think the kindness of Vic comes from the fact that he'll do just about anything for his fans. He really is a great guy. He's said many times that he'd do voice acting even if he wasn't paid for it. In fact, he's done several roles where virtually didn't get paid because he had to fly to LA to do them. He's just a kind soul and a good man. He's been voice acting since he was eight. I think he can handle his ego.
