I'm doing each pose for like 10 minutes (from Breathing to Tree pose). But I feel exhausted at the end of my routine, it's really hard! Is that ok to do each for about 10 minutes or is it supposed to do it for 2 or 3 minutes like in the videos?
Really you should not be Dizzy after this . It can be the way that you come out of it . Try going into child's posture afterwards for 30 seconds to a Minute.
Should I be tensing my arms and legs while both inhaling and exhaling during this pose? I've heard that this pose is good for your back, but I don't really feel much action going on there how I'm doing the pose. Any advice? Thanks a lot in advance.
uppityboot Tensing would not be the word I would use more like working and extending . Yes the legs and arms are firm. Back challenges come from surrounding areas once they can support more it helps . You are best to try the full yoga for beginners routine in out playlist for an all over stretch.
